Under EU consumer protection law, EU/EEA customers who purchase goods or services online have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This 14-day period is commonly known as the cooling-off period. This means you can cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any justification. If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please fill in the Withdrawal Form below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

Exceptions
Please note that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods made to order. All lampshades and cushion covers are made to order and these are non-returnable items.
Please order a fabric sample to be sure about the pattern or colour of the lampshades and cushion covers. Please get in touch if you have any questions about lampshade sizes and fittings.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a redelivery for you.
Exchanges
The exchange is only possible for returnable items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in its original condition, once the return is accepted, and refunded, please place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
