Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Toiles Fabrics. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods, sales events, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

UK Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
• Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures. 

International orders are sent via UPS or Royal Mail. Orders are usually delivered within 7-14 working days. 

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at sales@toilesfabrics.co.uk and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and affected items.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
